The RE:ACT theme was all about REsponding to God's ACTions. The idea was that God is the prime mover, the initiator, the one who started the possibility of right relationship with him. He's the actor, and so it's our opportunity to respond to him.
This theme featured a lot of use of the font Gotham, which is also known as the "Obama font", since it was also more famously used for the logo of Barack Obama's US presidential campaign.
Also the RE:ACT tree was not actually a tree, but a representation of the network of blood vessels found in a human placenta. Yes, that may seem gross, but that network of vessels is often called the tree of life because of how it looks so much like a tree, and how it gives life to a new human being. Which we thought kinda fit with the whole idea of the RE:ACT theme...
We made a really cool canvas bag for this theme that featured giant raised letters spelling out RE:ACT.
